***PLEASE NOTE: As our indoor youth soccer season runs through the winter, we have very limited space on the turf fields Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.***

RESERVATION CHANGES

Any surface, date, or time changes occurring within 3 weeks of the scheduled event date will result in forfeiture of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required. There are no exceptions to this policy.

RESERVE A SPOT EARLY

With the high demand for space at the facility, you should reserve your party, event or field trip as early as possible. Call the Sportsplex now or email info@sportsplexatwarminster.com to check for availability.

  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve a spot for a birthday party and a nonrefundable 25% deposit is required for your event or field trip.

  • A credit card number is required to reserve a party, event, or field trip.

  • Full payment for parties are required on the date of the party. Full payment for your event or field trip will be due according to your contract.

  • We reserve the right to bill your credit card if the full payment is not received at the end of the party, event or field trip.

  • For birthday parties of 25 people or more, it is recommended that you rent out two fields/courts in your package.

EQUIPMENT

At the start of your party, event or field trip, equipment will be supplied by a staff member on the field/court. Please remember, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any equipment which is lost, damaged, or stolen during the course of each party, event or field trip.
